Admit All Intro: 2024 Season

Spring has sprung, which means many great things, but perhaps the most exciting for us over here at Admit All is that it means the start of the 2024 District 4 Fair season with the Brooklin Spring Fair taking us through the end of May and into June. We’ve pulled out the trailer, we’ve charged up our point of sale systems, we’ve laced up our aprons, and we will greet you at a gate very soon!

We do so this year with a brand new look, both in person and online. At the gates, you can find the team in our updated bright blue aprons featuring the Hi-Vis strips that will keep everybody bright and safe in 2024. These puppies were crafted and conceptualized by Joan, one of our very own team members, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the professional look we will bring.

Online, we hope you can appreciate a re-skinned and restructured website that is cleaner, contemporary, and much more user friendly. This blog can serve as one of our first examples in regards to how we plan to make our team more interactive and visible!

In 2023, Admit All completed its inaugural season as a team after the company was re-created and modernized to include point of sale machines and an improved experience for fairgoers. This small group of people that had once started out helping one or two fairs with their gates decades ago has now grown into a traveling mobile admission entity that admitted over 100,000 entrants to District 4 Fairs and similar events last year alone. As a company, we were responsible for collecting and handling over 1.4 million dollars in sales on behalf of our clients. We were able to include dozens of friends, family members, and new faces alike in our Admit All team, and we have become incredibly appreciative of our woven family that has been able to provide clients with trustworthy, efficient, and accurate services.

In 2024, we plan to re-deliver on all of those same performances with some added features and benefits. Our season kicks off at the Brooklin & Millbrook Spring Fairs, where we will be providing admission services. One new key addition to our gate strategy this year is the incorporation of Advance Sales tickets for our events, and Brooklin looks to be a great pilot for this venture as they have been able to provide hundreds of customers with advanced tickets.

Also new this year are Admit All’s expanded list of services to help provide our clients with the essential staff and infrastructure needed to smoothly run any event. As we grow our relationships with clients and find many organizations have similar areas of need, we have grown our list of services to include: Admission Services, Parking Services, Bartending Services, and Security Services as well.

In short, we are happy to continue to modernize and revolution the admission process at all of our events in 2024 and beyond. The incorporation and streamlining of these services through one cohesive team will allow for smooth logistics and deeper understanding of fair events between different branches and sections of the event as a whole.
